A software engineer with particular expertise in debuggers and silicon chip modeling, I am the project manager for MAGEEC and chief executive of Embecosm.
Prior to my industrial career, I was an academic at Bath University, with research interests in computer architecture, compilers and theoretical biology. While there I wrote the standard textbook Introduction to Compiling Techniques (McGraw-Hill 1990, 1995, 2003).
