[MAGEEC] Measuring the energy consumption of an LLVM basic block

Hello,

I recently have requested to obtain the MAGEEC energy-measurement kit.

I want to test and measure the energy consumption of a certain LLVM basic
block with the kit and on one standard compiler optimization. I found the
article "Energy Measurement Infrastructure" from the Mageec blog, but it
didn't answer my question:

May I ask how I would be able to measure the energy consumption of one
basic block?
