[MAGEEC] FOSDEM dev room proposals.

Hi All,

We have had 6 FOSDEM developer room proposals in total entered via
Pentabarf, details of which can be found on the wiki:

On top of which there are some which were originally proposed but that
don't appear to have been submitted via Pentabarf. Could we get these
onto the wiki please.

Simon C, could you add an abstract.

I will be contacting Emilio to ask for an abstract for his proposed 10
minute lightning talk.
