[MAGEEC] FOSDEM dev room proposals.

Hi All,

To get the best out of the developer room we need to finalise the
schedule ASAP so that we can start publicising details. This means
getting any missing proposals up on the wiki now and then making a
decision as to what is in and what's out.

If you have a talk or workshop proposal that is not on the wiki, or
one with missing info, I would be grateful if you could add details at
your earliest convenience.
