[MAGEEC] Exploitation Plan

A key part of the MAGEEC project has been the exploitation of the
results. We have reported regularly on this, but I realized the online
version of the exploitation plan had not been kept up to date, nor was
it linked in to the main project plan.

I have updated it from Embecosm's perspective. I know I have missed out
academic papers and conferences. Please update it with new information,
ready for our quarterly review on Monday.
