[MAGEEC] Running 'Energy Monitoring Graph' on Windows

Hi Alex,

Thanks for this. Uploading of images is disabled for new users as an
anti-spam measure. I've added you to the uploaders group on the wiki, so
you should now be able to upload images.

I'm not at a Windows machine at the moment, but when I next am I shall try
your instructions.
