[MAGEEC] [BEEBS] Towards BEEBS 2.0

I have created a wiki page for BEEBS ( http://mageec.org/wiki/BEEBS )
it's pretty sparse, please feel free to add additional useful
information.

At the bottom of the wiki page I have a small section for discussing
the high level goals for a 2.0 release.  For tracking specific tasks
that should be achieved for 2.0 I'd like to use the github issue
tracking ( https://github.com/mageec/beebs/issues ) I've created a
v2.0 label that can be attached to all the issues we'd like completed
before a version 2 can be released.  If there's something you think
needs doing, then please raise an issue with some details.

I have now reduced the branches on github down to just 2, master and
beebsv2.  ( Don't panic! I have a backup of the repository before
anything was deleted, as do other people so nothing is gone for good.
)  All the deleted branches are either already merged back into one of
the remaining branches, or have been declared dead by the branch
author.

I have merged all the changes from beebsv2 back into master, and I
would like everyone to start using master as the place to push future
changes.  Eventually I will delete the beebsv2 branch, but probably
not for a while.  If I see anything pushed to beebsv2 I will merge it
back to master and send a reminder email :-)

When we make a release I'll branch and tag from master.
